Grapefruit Helps !

YES!! after a very trying 2 weeks i managed to get rid of 1kg from my obese body. hee hee... very trying coz, each time i wanna grab some snack to binge on, i would take a small cup of water or eat a slice of grapefruit. i take 1 whole grapefruit for breakfast now ... yup with the pulp too. taste terribly sour and a bitter after taste... some how i feel much better day long... bitter gourd juice is now on twice a week routine.

I went to see the doctor at HUKM yesterday morning. was advised that grapefruit is a natural laxative. benefits me though. will continue with it. hope to lose 1kg every week ... must garner that much needed willpower .
